Exchange Policy for Ring Size issue/ Undesired Product

Please be aware that our exchange service is not provided free of charge. A fee of INR 199 (subject to location-based variations) will be applicable and is the responsibility of the customer for all exchanges.

We acknowledge that buying jewelry online, particularly concerning ring sizes or personal preferences, can be challenging. To facilitate exchanges for ring size issues or undesired products, please follow these steps:

1. Notify us of the issue via email (Hkcares.05@gmail.com) or Instagram within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and the preferred size.

2. Carefully package the product, and await the arranged pickup, which will be facilitated by us. Note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

3. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will dispatch the requested size to you.

Kindly be advised that the shipping expenses for exchanges are not covered by us. While we are committed to assisting you with the exchange process, it is imperative that customers promptly inform us of their intentions. Should you have any inquiries or apprehensions, please feel free to reach out. Our aim is to provide support and guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Please be aware that sale items acquired from our store are non-exchangeable, with the exception of defective items. In the event that you receive a sale item that is defective or does not align with your order, kindly report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
